This album is a co-creation passion project for my partner Jay and I, created fully in the flow at Hear No Evil Studio. All seven tracks are instrumental with Jay and I playing Handpan, Upright Bass, Cello, Flute, and Clarinet to bring you a full body sound that promotes calming + soothing sensations.

Our intention in sharing this experience with you is to bring ease into your body. Rather than starting with the Root Chakra, we have been guided to begin this journey with the Crown Chakra, expanding your cosmic awareness and allowing that energy to move through all of your energy centers.
We have provided a booklet with guided meditations that can assist you in your journey. We’ve also included each stone for each chakra to enhance your experience as well as a palo santo stick for smudging your sacred space…. + Yes, we personally mined some of the stones in this kit!

We invite you to treat yourself to this experience as a self love ritual. Before you begin, gather your Semi-Precious stones in order (Moonstone, Lapis Lazuli, Amazonite, Jade, Citrine, Carnelian Agate, Fire Agate), smudge your sacred space + take 4 deep breaths. Get comfortable and gently hold each stone as they are correlated with the songs.  This experience is best enjoyed with your headphones. You are Worthy. You are Loved.
