This album was created fully in the flow at Hear No Evil Studio. All seven tracks are instrumental with Handpan, Upright Bass, Cello, Flute, and Clarinet to bring you a full body sound that promotes calming + soothing sensations.

Because the music is instrumental, you will easily be able to apply any meditation you wish to it, but if you enjoy guided meditations, we have also offer a booklet that can assist you in your journey. Our intention in sharing this experience with you is to bring ease into your body. Rather than starting with the Root Chakra, we have been guided to begin this journey with the Crown Chakra, expanding your cosmic awareness and allowing that energy to move through all of your energy centers.
